ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE PROCEDURES AIRPORT INSTRUCTIONS
Thank you for taking the time to review this Notice to Cirrus Pilots (NOTCP).
We want to thank the Migration Committee for taking the time to develop these procedures and coordinate with the FAA, ATC and New Orleans Lakefront Airport to help insure we have a safe and smooth arrival and departure into New Orleans and ultimately the Hilton New Orleans Riverside Hotel for our 17th Annual COPA Migration.
We hope you will find the information provided in this document helpful. Updates to this information along with WX specifics will be published on the COPA website forums, your email inbox, as well as the event app as we approach the event. Be sure to download it.

You will also be met on the ramp with the current lineup of Cirrus aircraft, and possibly other aircraft.
C2A will also be flying in formation with approx 20 aircraft on Thursday afternoon, October 17th at KNEW. Be on the lookout for specific times online and in the app.
For those of you flying into Migration commercially be sure to catch a shuttle out to the Arrival Party from the hotel and come and Join us at KNEW!
